584. Phillip McIntire

Crane - Phillip MACKINTIRE.... settled at Reading, MA abt. 1671. A family tradition relates that he was the son of Ebenezer MACKINTIRE, of Argyle, in the Highlands of Scotland, and that Phillip MACKINTIRE was one of a large no. of prisoners sent to this country after the battle of Dunbarton, 3 Sep 1650, or Worcester, 3 Sep 1651..... He had six children born at Reading, perhaps more. His farm was in the north precinct. His children were; Phillip, born 1666; Thomas, born and died 1668; Daniel, born 1669; Mary, born 1672; John, born 1679; David, born 1688.

Savage - John, Ipswich, freem. 1685, a cordwainer, by w. Martha had Martha, 2 yrs. old; and Sarah, one yr. when admin. of his est. was grant. 24 Jul 1699. But he was in 1682 liv. at Portsmouth, and had Abigail, b. 29 Dec 1687.

Anna Mathesin, widow, age 53, with daugh. aged 23, 20, and 18 were in the 3rd arrivals in Eng. later that yr.(London Lists) in 17810 on Hunter Lists - a Palatine Debtor in 1718 (Livingston debt lists.) Eckersweiler located 8 km. n. w. of Kusel; Baumholder loc. 10 km. n. of Kusel.
