This Jane LEEDS (simply Jane... in most versions) is here as wife of William TAYLOR provisionally and tentatively based on an IGI extracted record showing a marraige on 17Dec1741 in Boston, Suffolk, MA(no evidence yet that the William TAYLOR in that record is or is not this one). The only records of a birth of Jane LEEDS give a date of abt 1608 'of' Lynn, Essex, MA. That date is impossible (off by 100 yrs.?). 1st child born 13 months after marraige date.

Oct. 12. 1752 - Franciscus RAPP, widower from Wirtenberg to Lovina, etc. - Yellow Notebook - Perhaps John is from Wirtemberg, not Kassel. Franciscus could be his brother. Seems that 1744 marraige date is made to accomodate b. date of Elizabeth or vice versa. I(VRT) am changing the 'abt' dates (1739, 1741, 1743) of the three brothers (to 1747, 1749, 1751) to accomodate this marraige date, or until evidence is at hand of their illegitimacy. Perhaps better to change 1744 to abt 1738 (maybe later).
